Our History
NAPO Nashville actually started off as an informal group of organizers who
met once a month called the Tennessee Organizing Professionals or TOP for
short. The ladies would meet back in 1996 once a month at a local church
to share organizing knowledge and to network. It was only within the last
few years that a new group of organizers coming in to the TOP group thought
it would be a good time to try and become a chapter. With Cindy Sullivan
at the helm the TOP organizers started the journey to become a NAPO chapter.
In January of 2008, we officially became a NAPO chapter.
